Individual & Couple sessions - $150.00 per 45 minutes. I do not offer a "sliding scale." I keep my hourly rate on the low end of what most therapists charge.
Payment: I prefer all payments to be made in advance for all services through the PayPal portal below. However, you may make credit card, check, or cash payments in person. The only exception is for the Anger Management class. Payments must be made in person using either a money order or cash.
If you pay in advance and either not show up or cancel, a $15.00 service charge will be deducted from your refund.
Insurance: The question is not whether I take a certain insurance, the question is what does your insurance cover regarding out of network services. I am happy to provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company with all of the information they require. If I were to bill insurance, I would have to raise my rates because dealing with insurance would be "nonsession" time.
Legal Paperwork: All legal paperwork (with the exception of assessments/evaluations) are included with services provided at the $150.00 per session rate.
